Refund policy

Unfortunately, Atlanta Tattoo Supplies does not accept returns, or cancellations. Due to the nature of these items. The ONLY exception is exchanges for machinery; ex: batteries, machines, grips. Then only will an exchange of the same item will be shipped/delivered, at our discretion, if complaint is filed within 30 days of your package being received. After the 30 days, exchanges will not be accepted. Everything else is final sale. Prepaid return labels will not be issued - this means that you are responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns you may need to make. Local Delivery fees will be waved upon exchange approval, and be delivered at the discretion of the Atlanta Tattoo Supplies Employee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, we are not liable for damage that occurs in third party transit as those issues will need to be taken up with the USPS or whomever the shipper is. Any damage claims done during local delivery of machinery only will need to be submitted so we can evaluate the issues and make it right by exchange only at our discretion.

Exceptions / non-returnable items / Refunds / Exchanges
ALL NON-MACHINERY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges unless there is a clear issue with the item received made at the hands of the supplier. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a new product to the original shipping address provided or local delivery address provided. Please remember it can take some time for your new item to be sent to you!
