How long does it take for my order to ship?

All of our products, depending on volume of orders, processing time can vary. Normal processing times are within 24 hours-7 business days. If your item will require a longer processing time, you will be notified. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time varies based on your shipping preference. Shipping time through a third party, EX: UPS, USPS, DHL, & ect is unknown and uncontrolled by Atlanta Tattoo Supplies. When you place a delivery order with them you should receive and confirmation email and tracking number.
Local delivery by an Atlanta Tattoo Supplies personal is done every Monday for orders places the week before, and no later than the Sunday before at 12am. Any orders placed after Sunday at 12am will not be delivered until the following Monday. By agreeing to local delivery by an ATS you are agreeing to this method of delivery and in understanding that no refunds will be issued if you change your mind on local delivery by ATS. By agreeing to our local delivery service you are agreeing to allow an ATS employee access to your property and are agreeing to pursue no legal action against them for trespassing. You are agreeing that the drop off location will be safe, to the best of your knowledge and capability, for our ATS employees. By choosing local delivery by an ATS employee, you are agreeing and in complete understanding of that if an ATS employee is harmed during delivery due to your own negligence, legal action can/will be taken against you by Atlanta Tattoo Supplies. By agreeing to local delivery by ATS you are also agreeing to our return/refund policy for any damages done during local delivery. We at Atlanta Tattoo Supplies hold the right to make changes in our local delivery availability at our own discretion. 

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation when you use a third party via email and/or text that will include your tracking number once the order has been shipped. If your package is lost during transit, Atlanta Tattoo Supplies not responsible. Please contact the shipping carrier if this happens. 
Deliveries done through local delivery will be made once a week, each week, each Monday and only for orders placed the week prior and no later than the Sunday before at 12am. Delivery time varies based on the amount of deliveries that day and the commute. We will to the best of our ability communicate any changes to your local delivery purchases. Local delivery is not guaranteed weekly and we at ATS hold the right to change this at our own discretion.
